Cardiff Continental Football Club
In addition to playing on Saturday afternoons, Cardiff Bay Football Club have set up a partnership with Cardiff Continental Football Club who play on Sunday mornings in Lazarou League.

We share training facilities, allowing players to train with both clubs and find the right solution for them. Many players may not have considered Sunday league football as an option to maximise their playing time and ensure full fitness throughout the season.

Some players may find that playing on Sunday mornings is a better option for their lifestyle, where shift work may see their availability reduced on Saturdays, however they still want to stay connected to a Saturday club and be available as when required. For others, playing on Sunday mornings, in addition to Saturdays has seen their playing time increase over the course of the season and ensure they are match ready when they play for either team.

Cardiff Continental Football Club were founded in 2020 amongst teammates that had previously played together at other Sunday league teams in Cardiff and has maintained a strong core of players since its inception and continues to seek new players to help strengthen the squad.
